Non Defective Returns
Our goal is to provide customers with the lowest possible prices for composite decking and accessories. In order to do so we run on a model that doesn't allow us to accept returns on any material purchased. Please ensure you've ordered the correct amount of material for your project, and understand that any leftover items are not returnable. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us so please reach out via email (email@example.com) if you do have additional material and we will do our best to work with you. Should a return be authorized, it will be the responsibility of the customer to get the material back to the manufacturing facility in Brantford Ontario.
Damages and Order Discrepancies
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it and contact us with 24 hours if you discover any defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org, reference your original order number, attach pictures, and include as many details as possible.
We will provide instructions on the next steps in the process.
